Tan slink mini dress

I’m pretty sure it’s just a dress and I’m too tall. Or it’s a really interesting shirt. I ordered something completely different from fashion nova and they sent me this... I tried it on and it’s comfortable but it’s for someone with a bigger chest that looks good in this color. The slits would be cute if they didn’t fall right on my butt. This dress is definitely for people who are around 5’5 possibly shorter, I’m just too tall for it!
