Tan/beige tight skirt with ruching

Never worn, NWOT. It wrinkles too easily and I don’t have an iron. Is also too long on me. Can be dressed up or down, great for brunch. Zips in the back. Not too stretchy but not overly tight either. From a Nashville boutique. Has a rip on the side that I didn’t notice when I purchased and had to stitch up. I am not good at sewing and didn’t have matching thred, but my stitches could easily be pulled out and replaced. Heavily discounted due to this flaw.
