Tangerine Bishop Dress:Smocked Flowers & Pearls 6M

This is a NWT Mom & Me Collection Bishop SS Dress with geometric smocking and flowers with pearl embellishments. The geometric smocking is around the sleeves as well. There are 3 buttons on the back. There is one tiny spot on the dress which I posted in photos. This brand seems to runs big and there is room to alter the hem.
