Bright tangerine orange oversized tunic top. Has rounded neckline that is smocked in front and back with elastic all the way around. Half length very flowy ruffled bell sleeves. Hi low bottom hem. Color may differ from pictures due to light and screen color. Light weight airy, flowy fabric, 70% Rayon, 30% Linen. Not stretchy, but oversized fit. Tagged as a small, but would probably fit xs-medium maybe even large, see measurements below for better idea of fit. New without tags, bought but never wore. Like new condition.
