Brand New with tags! Great year round skirt. Can dress up or dress down. Flows so nicely and fits to body. Has shorts underneath, nice comfortable material. Pockets on front and back and are real. It has an elastic waistband, a tiered hemline with exposed seams and plenty of stretch throughout. 95% Poly, 5% Spandex. 19.5 inches across Waistband when flat. Top of waistband to bottom of skirt is 17inches. Dark black color.
