This is a Free People dress from about 15 years ago. I know it looks wrinkly but it’s a white denim canvas like material so the wrinkles are part of the design, but it can be ironed. The top feels like a triangle bikini top and the skirt flares out to a exaggerated bell. There is a panel in the back of the skirts the mimics a bustle, but it’s a large pleated so it lays flat. Super rock and roll or festival vibe sun dress. Make me an offer, I’d love this to finally see this be worn out.
