Tank dress

this is a beautiful off white, light weight tank dress from Free People.. I am 5'4 and it hits right below my calf. I've only worn it once, last year in South Beach for dinner and now I can't fit it. its too big. I would say it runs big...if you're a size 10-12 this will be great for you. if you're a size 6-8 this will be too large for you.
