Apt. 9 tank is long and features two crossing straps in the back. Front measures 20 inches from neck to bottom middle and 20 inches from bottom of arm hole to hem on side. Feels like cotton but is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Machine wash. Great for Independence Day and every day!
