Tanner Navy Blue dress

Absolutely adorable! Excellent quality retro dress, should hit right around knee. Sizing note: Tag size is 8 but fit is more like 6! I wear an 8 in every brand across the board and it was just too tight for me. Otherwise I really really loved this dress.
