@samurai1951 hello, the bust is about 23.5" laying flat and waist is 14.5" but it's elastic. I was about a 34" waist when I wore.

I assume you wore a tank top or camisole beneath this blouse, as it appears to be fairly see-through. Any suggestions for a good color?

@samurai1951 yes for sure. I usually stuck to neutral colors like cream, off-white, tan. You could even do a pale yellow I think.
