Soft and lightweight. The belt is an interesting twist. On my mannequin, it hits below hip, but, on a live body, in the correct size, I believe it would hit more at the hip. There are belt loops to help keep it in place. It has been professionally dry cleaned and includes the belt. In excellent condition.
