Tara Keely ivory short dress. This dress is almost identical to the tara keely 2200 mermaid gown without the skirt. Never been altered. Brand size 10, fits like a street size 6. No tips or tears. Wore for a 10yr vow renewal ceremony and paired it with a fun fluffy skirt. Took the skirt off after the ceremony and had a perfect dress for dinner!
