A vintage inspired Tara Startlet dress with an awesome fishing lore, novelty print in yellow, black and red on a blue background with an off the shoulder ruffle collar, tiered skirt, shoulder straps and a fitted waist. Dress is lined at the bodice and zips up the side waist. I bought this darling Tara Starlet dress right before the company closed but sadly it didn't fit.
