Tarais "Blue Palms" Sleeveless Dress. NWT. Size 38.US 8. Italian Cotton Stretch. Has side pockets. The material is so lovely. Material: 95% cotton and 5% Spandex. It states "belted", but there is no belt and no areas that look like there is an attached for a belt. Back zips down to below waist. Fitted at top and a nice flare out from waist to bottom, creates such a nice ruffle look. Not to the floor, for average height it is above ankle. Pit to Pit: 18 inches. Shoulder to Bottom: 46 inches.
