Target Black knit high-low dress with empire waist

Black knit dress with empire waist and flowwy bottom. Fits TTS. Fits me perfect and doesn’t drag the floor at all (I’m 5’7) and even has a couple inches to spare. Would fit someone that is as short as 5’4 I believe (and even shorter if you wore a heel) High low cut on the front gives character to an otherwise plain dress. Looks great paired with a Jean jacket and wedges. Great look for late summer into fall—add a pop of color with jewelry and hair in an up-do for a polished look!
