Target Modern Art Skirt Size L

Gorgeous colors and pattern that reminds me of modern art or stained glass! The skirt is a rubberized material that holds a bell-shaped silhouette away from the legs while you're wearing it. It's a neat skirt that I only wore a couple of times because it's a little too bold for me! The waist is stretchy so will fit a larger waist comfortably but hold its shape very well. See post for measurements. The material looks a little faded at the edge of each tier of the skirt (see photo), I think from printing the design on the rubberized material.
