Target Red flower dress with layered ruffle

Target Red flower dress with layered ruffles. The length ends at mid thigh. Worn once. It has a layer underneath the dress to make sure it's not see through. Its a really cute summer dress and would look great with a jean jacket and brown booties :) need more explaining about how it fits, just ask me
