Target Shift Dress

This dress is a size XS from the Target brand, Xhilaration. Despite the sizing of XS, it still looks great on me and I normally wear a small. Has an slip under the dress, providing a lining and protection. Very cute; can be casual or more business professional. Only worn once; no wear, tear, or damage!
