Striped rib turtleneck from Target brand Universal Thread. NWT, size XS, slightly cropped fit, and fitted but stretchy. It’s just a bit too tight of a fit for me in the shoulders, unfortunately. Would make a great neutral/minimalist/capsule piece to someone’s wardrobe!
