Target T-Shirt

Burgundy eyelet peplum t-shirt from Target. Each side of the shirt is slit about 1ft and has 2 sets of grommets with fringed rope strung through them to cinch the upper portion of the top together. The eyelet peplum embroidery is absolutely stunning. It's a statement piece, yet casual at the same time. Worn once.
