Target Who What Wear Black and White Dress

I love this dress, it’s just a bit too big for me. Buttons all down the front, elastic in waist gives it a fitted look, it fits against your skin under the bust-line creating a lot of feminine shape. Length hits below knees (I’m 5’6”).
