Target Xhiliration Floral Romper

I bought this floral romper because the print reminded me of one Catherine Malandrino would use. It’s made of a sheer fabric, but has an opaque black lining with spaghetti straps at the top, so the sleeves show a hint of skin. There’s a keyhole tie at the neck. The inseam is about one inch.
