Target chambray dress - great beach dress coverup

From whowhatwear’s collection at Target - I DIY’d this dress by cutting a shorter hem and I added a black “belt” it’s just a headband I wear as a belt, I can include (just comment below that you want the belt too after purchase) and folded the material over the belt as shown in the photo, I’ve shot without a belt so you can see the dress as is but showing you how I would wear it
