Target stripe dress with pockets!

Cotton A-line dress, very flattering and very comfortable. Loops on front and side for a belt, and pockets on both sides. Zipper back, pleating at top of skirt gives a nice flare, highlighting the hourglass shape. Small area of pilling, see pic.
