Tarina Tarantino Hello Kitty PinkHead Brass Belt Buckle Rhinestone l Y2K FLAWED LOLITA The back of the buckle is missing the piece where you stick it through the belt hold so this would need to be repaired if planning to use as a belt buckle. Item appears to be brass. I’m not sure what exactly the stones are. This is vintage and super rare however! Please see photos and let me know if any questions.
