Tart Cartagena Flutter Maxi Dress

Tart maxi dress in beautiful Ikat aqua pattern size XS runs true to size. Worn once and the length is so long the bottom is slightly discolored (seen in picture). It’s honestly so long you could probably hem up the bottom inch and it would still be perfect length and like new! For reference I’m 5’7” and it was simply too long for me.
