Tart Geo-Block Maxi Dress in Cotton

Brand new! I absolutely love this dress but it's a bit tight around my ribs! Usually their xsmall's run closer to a small, but this was pretty accurate for an xsmall (and therefore a bit too tight for me!) Its brand new - I tried it on a few times at home and took off the tags hoping it would work but it's just too tight! Super soft cotton and perfect for summer days or wine tastings :)
