Tart Maxi Dress, low back, ruffle

Such a cute maxi dress for spring and summer! I got two of these dresses in different colors and I just happen to wear the other one more often. Fun summer colors, light breathable stretchy fabric that is so comfortable and not see through. The low back and ruffle detail is so flattering. there is one small inch and a half section of him at the bottom of the dress that has come undone. Would be easy to fix .Any questions just ask!
