Tart Red/White/Blue stripped mini dress - Size XS

Mid-length (was more mini on me, 5’10”), casual dresses. I wore one time to a yacht event, dressed it up with wedges and gold jewelry. But can be super simple and casual with sandals or boat shoes too!
