Tart floor length maxi! Size 1X flawless condition

Floor length Tart maxi dress. Coral orange, blue and white design. Dress has wide enough straps to wear your bra. Full length- measures 62” from shoulder- where are my tall girls at!?! Dress can be knotted at hem or shortened for a shorter girl. Measures 18” (unstretched) at rib cage band. Ample fabric for larger bust measurements. Fabric has some stretch and a nice weight to hang down, not hug body. Heavier than a tee shirt dress. Pleats at ribs to fall empire style. Very flattering. No flaws- worn a couple of times.
