Tartan Red/Green/Black/Blue... Men's Kilt.  100% Wool, Sz 28" Waist. Pre-owned in very good condition. 100% wool Scottish or Irish Kilt. Measures 28" waist, 24" length. Has two button closure at waist:  one on outside and one on inside. Flat  front. Pleated back. Pleats are sewn in 6" length from waist band. 1" waist band. Tartan is red/green with white  black, blue and yellow narrow stripes. No tags on garment. Dry clean only. Finished hem with ribbon sewn inside. (See photos).
