Tatiana Palnitska art-to-wear silk hand sewn jacket pieced

This is a beautiful floral silk jacket with a another silk sheer layer on top of it that has been selectively ripped away. This has been handpiece and sewn to look like it is deteriorating unfortunately though it has the size and material tags on it still, it does not have the label tag, and I’m not 100% sure of the maker Chest measures 20 inches. Length measures 24 inches
