rockabillygirlz @valerieisart The 2XL measures 16.5" unstretched on waist but stretches a good 1.5" for sure. The waist has so much stretch if you size up it will bag but 2x will hug you like it's meant too. The armpit to armpit works perfect for your measurements too. The 2x is the size I'd go with myself😉 Hope this helps🤗❤
