Tatyana Jeannie Floral Swing Dress

This pretty, feminine Tatyana dress is as good as new! The outer shell is floral cotton and the dress is fully lined with white fabric. The tag says it is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. It is very comfortable and easy to wear. It comes with a detached belt that is the same floral pattern as the dress. Dress can be worn with or without a petticoat or crinoline for added fullness, and the skirt is a full circle skirt.
