Reposhing this item I purchased from @nici_nini. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Navy with white polka dots has about a half inch of stretch and about a 36/37inch high waist. The top ends just above the belly button but if you get the skirt in another listing of mine, it is a high waist also so you could show a slither of skin or wear it all the way up so the top and skirt touch.
