A 90s taupe/ beige taffeta evening gown by "Tony Bowls" that features rhinestone, sequin and beading deep v neck front bodice that has a wide gathered waistband with a faux tie in front . Bodice features chiffon flowers. It continues to flow down with a mermaid skirting that features triangular inserts that at the bottom of the dress. Ends at the bottom with a full ruffle !
