Taurus II Vintage Sweater and Dress

Taurus II, blue and black vintage sweater and matching sweater dress. Size 12. Since it's vintage, it's probably a lot smaller than today's size 12. I'm listing measurements below Shoulder to wrist length on the sweater is about 22 inches. The armpit to the bottom of the sweater is about 23 inches. Waist measurements of the dress is about 26 inches. (There is an elastic type material in the waist. So it can stretch a decent amount.) Armpit to armpit is about 17 inches. The armpit to the bottom of the dress is about 22½ inches. There is a bit of fraying on the sweater near the tag that I noticed. On the dress, the tag is coming off a bit. (See video) I haven't noticed any other major flaws. It has some loops on the sides of the dress. I'm not exactly sure what they are used for. The dress doesn't come with a belt.
