It's a cuff! It's a bangle! Opens and shuts with a snap! This cuff is several things at once, if not everything. Cuff is solid silver except for brass wire wrapping the ball ends as a golden accent. Clasp mechanism is crisp. Inside circumference is 7-1/4". Width of cuff is 6mm. Weight is 27 grams, just about 1 ounce. These 3g sterling hoops feature scallops with faux wrap details in faint gold vermeil highlights (not seen in pix). Scallops are smooth and shiny like the cuff. The faux wrap echos the brass wires. Hoops measure 21 x 24mm. Modest in size, their fine construction gives them presence. Clasp is firm and marked 925.
