Taxco Vintage 1940's Abalone Shorty Tie Bar

This will clinch that vintage look; a shorty tie bar to go with a short, wide vintage tie! It can also upgrade to a 21st Century look as well, so don't think it has to stay in the vintage drawer! This intensely patterned piece of abalone shell is set into sterling silver and stamped with "Mexico, Taxco, AAC" with the "Eagle 3" mark. The alligator clip itself is marked ALPACA.
