It is 15 inches from side to side or 30 inches around. There is an elastic band under the chest around the torso that is approximately 13 inches from side to side which expands. There are no tears or stains or pilfering. It is cotton like a soft t-shirt material.

Hi… the only thing I do see is that one of the elastic loops that you can hang the dress on a hanger is broken on one side.
