NWOT navy blue & copper dress by Te Amo. The back is gorgeous and very open with a rope with feathers to finish it off. The top part of the dress (the navy blue portion) is sheer. The bottom part (navy blue and copper) is textured. 95% polyester, 5% lycra.The approx. measurements are 13 1/2" waist (side to side) and 38" length.
