Tea Collection Black Velvet Jumper 6

This is a Tea Collection black velvet jumper, size 6. The straps crisscross in the back and have 2 button holes for room to grow. This was only worn a couple of times, overall in VGUC. (Note: The number on the tag is a numbering system for myself. I wrote it with a Sharpie, and it has nothing to do with the company.)
