Tea Collection long sleeve dress with plaid rainbow pattern

This Tea Collection 100% cotton dress has long white sleeves and a roomy colorful skirt. Tea Collection clothes are made to last, and this one is no exception! The fabric is in great shape, but the label with sizing has worn off (see pics). This dress is either a size 8 or a size 10. Compared to other dresses from Tea with a similar.cut, my best guess is a size 10. Offers welcome!
