Tea length party dress

Tea length dress, black with beautiful shaping and stitching at the bust and a sheer overlay on skirt of the dress. Fully lined. Tag shows size 20, but there were alterations. Shoulder straps are 6 1/2” from shoulder to bodice attachment, 20” across at armpits, 40” waist, 40” length from neckline to hem.
