@ilovemydogs_49 Hi there, the pants are 100% cotton, very thick and heavy, elastic waist one side laid flat is 19.5", stretched out it measures one side 23" across ( so double that). The inseam is: 29". Drawstring waist, flair bottom. If you have any other questions just reach out, thanks!

@ilovemydogs_49 I'm sorry I made an error, on these pants they are laid flat 18" across, stretched out with elastic 25" across, inseam 31" with elastic fit at the ankles. They are also 100% cotton.
