Teal 3/4 Bell Sleeve Floral Shift Dress

This dress is gorgeous on, it just doesn’t fit anymore! Dark teal blue background with dust blue, pale pink, and mustard flowers and leaves. Has an elastic scoop neck that can be worn off the shoulder as well. The bell sleeves are not too dramatic but are perfect for summer outings, concerts, park or beach days. Can be dressed up or down. Very soft with some stretch. No signs of wear. Worn once.
