Teal Blue Gown

This teal blue gown was worn twice. I bought it in a size 1/2 but then was altered to to fit a 00/0. It was altered by a friend. There are white hooks on the inside that could be used with straps if needed. The top of the dress is nicely jeweled. The top color is a sheer blue fabric but there's a bright green fabric underneath. There's a tiny, very faint stain near the bottom of the skirt and dress tape marks inside. Little bit of stitching undone. May need to have alterations.
