Teal Blue Mermaid style prom/pageant dress!

Size 10 originally fits more like an 8. Has had alterations but most can be let out. It's hemmed to fit me, I'm 5'2 and I wore some pretty big heels that night. Wore once for about an hour in a pageant. Mermaid with pleated fans that are hand ironed and steamed. Tulle under the bottom for that extra poof! Beaded bodice with a couple jewels missing but you can't even tell. All new zippers and clasps on the straps! Gorgeous! Price negotiable!
