Teal Button Up Vintage Skirt

Vintage button up A-line skirt. Elastic waist. Buttons all the way down but not all the way up (above top button is sewn, pictured). Color is most accurate in last pic. Good condition, has a few teeny holes (pictured) on the right side of the waist band. Thread on back center seam is slightly frayed (pictured). Brand is Liz Claiborne.
