Teal Dress, sheer sleeves, Size 10

I wore this one time for a wedding. It was hand washed and laid flat to dry. It is dark teal. The top part of the dress is light weight and flowy. Waist line is blousy. Sleeves are sheer and are open along the arm. Skirt of dress is textured and stretchy. It is a very comfortable dress. Pictures make it look like the top and skirt part are two different colors, but they are indeed the same color.
